Smile & Pose is a fun and comprehensive workshop created by professionals. The workshop is designed to build confidence for our younger generations. Sculpting young individuals into strong-independent men and women is the focus of Smile & Pose.
The workshop is configured into a series of stations that is designed to allow each individual to express their own individualities and comprehend how special and unique they are.
A series of speeches will concentrate on how important education is, but also to never give up on their dreams; dreams are attainable while achieving an education.
“Wearing a smile is the best thing you can ever wear,” says Michelle. Loving yourself and how to overcome any obstacle that presents itself is part of the speeches and the most notable.
Each attendee will take part in a personal photo shoot. Direction and guidance along the way will be given from photographer Jeff and professional poses from Michelle.
This workshop is devoted to your child, so the pampering before hand with a professional hair stylist and makeup artists will contribute to their uniqueness.
Walking the runway with confidence and letting their inner beauty shine bright will be one of the stations too. At the end of the workshop your child will learn new ways to express their true self.

Michelle
Michelle McKay is 25 years old from Sarnia Ontario. She has been modeling for several years and throughout that time has been travelling the world. Some of her recent accomplishments are becoming first runner up at Miss Universe Canada and achieving the title of Top Model Canada.
She was then sent to Egypt to represent Canada at Top Model of the world, where she placed Top 15. She is the face of Frank Lyman Designs and appears on many billboards and in commercials worldwide. Michelle was nominated as Cover Model of the Year by Planet Beach and has been representing their brand for three years now. She is using all her experiences and knowledge to now coach other girls who have a true passion for this industry.
She does whatever she can to provide others with the essential tools to be successful. Michelle is extremely passionate about volunteerism. She recently volunteered her time by travelling to Nicaragua on a humanitarian tour for Operation Smile and SOS Children's Villages.
Michelle is not only a model but she is a full time French teacher who genuinely wants to make a difference in children's lives. Michelle strives to be a positive role model for all populations, which is why she created Smile & Pose; a confidence-building workshop to improve self-esteem in our next generations of dreamers. As a teacher, Michelle sees many students struggling with self-love and has made it her goal to do whatever she can to improve this problematic issue. She wants our youth to believe they can achieve whatever their heart desires and to truly believe they have the power to do so.
JEFF
Jeff McCoy is a 36 years old from Sarnia, Ontario. Jeff’s natural 'people person' attitude has been developed and awarded through the management of a fine dining restaurant, being awarded a top sales member for more than 100 Osprey Media publications - achieving the highest level of recognition possible, and he was the sales manager for a successful local lifestyle magazine.
His creative edge, strong work ethic, reliability, pleasant demeanour and belief in the value of building long-term relationships never fails to please his clients. Jeff believes that good luck is the result of good planning, which encourages him to stratigically position himself in the photography market.
Jeff completed the Digital Photography program at Lambton College which has expanded his knowledge within the photography industry. His five year deditcation to photography, honesty and loyality makes him unique. He knows that hard work and sacrafice will not only progress his goals, but more importantly meet his clients expectations and beyond.
Jeff carries his passion for photography into his volunteer work as well.
He is a committee member and official photographer for Noelle’s Gift. Noelle’s Gift is focused on ensuring every student in Lambton County has the resources and daily neccesities to grow up great. Joining Michelle’s Smile & Pose workshop was a perfect fit for Jeff. As a photographer Jeff photographs many unique personalities; watching the particpants confidence levels grow during the course of the workshop is instant satisfication.
